Settlement between Mirza Mahmud, the son of Aqa Muhammad Sadiq, and Aqa Muhammad Riza, the son of Mirza Muhammad, regarding a garden of trees for fifty tumans. A note on the margin reads: "the wife of Aqa Muhammad Riza (daughter of Habib Allah) and the wife of Aqa Mirza Mahmud (daughter of Aqa Muhammad Husayn) confirmed this and signed it." Another note on the margin reads: "when Aqa Muhammad Riza was alive, he stated that this garden belongs to his wife as part of her mahr, dated November 7, 1895." A note on the verso reads: "the settlement of Aqa Mirza Mahmud's land"

On May 16, 1870, Bibi [?] Khanum, the daughter of Muhammad Isma‘il from Shiraz and the wife of Sayyid Husayn the merchant from Shiraz, sold the houses located in the Sar-i Bagh neighborhood for three hundred and sixteen tumans to Mirza Abu al-Qasim, the son of Mirza Nur al-Din the merchant known as Hindi [from India]. Sale document of Umm Kulsum Khanum, 1872
Umm Kulsum Khanum, the daughter of Mashhadi Aqa and the wife of Mir Aqa, in a separate document, had sold her one-week share of the Khan Muhammad Khan qanat in Ahrab to Haj ʻAli ʻAbbas, the well-known merchant from Lak. She additionally sells him her one-week share of the qanat in Ganjʻalikhan garden; this garden was purchased by the owners of Khan Muhammad Khan qanat.
